  • If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise polyk2023@gmail.com of a change of name at least seven days prior to the meeting.
  • If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify polyk2023@gmail.com immediately.
    Provided written notice is received by 1 August 2023, a 50% refund will be given.
    For registrations cancelled after 15 August 2023, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be charged.
